…I stuck to my convictions and went to the gym today. It has been too long. I couldn’t complete all my reps at my usual weight. Frequently lowering the weights mid-rep because its more important that you complete the repetitions than maxing yourself out on weight.
So… my abs get their torture as soon as I get home and can use my wheel. My muscles seem to be returning to their previous state, however. From weeks of non-use my definition wasn’t there anymore… but today in the shower after my work-out my arms were ripped again (well… as ripped as they’ve ever been…which isn’t so much). So… I’m gettin back into my routine.
