and to add salt to an already nasty wound….
i called my web presence provider yesterday. Its been over four months since I’ve been able to log into my website to update it.
well, they of course took down all my info and said they’d look into it and get back to me last night.
sure enough, i got an email last night. what did they do? the tech changed my email password to reflect the password included on my support ticket for accessing the website.
my email was never in trouble. it always worked. of course i had to go change my password back (or could have kept the new one and changed it in Outlook…either way)…
and I still can’t get into my website.
